Events by Helen will provide an experienced on-the-day co-ordinator, including unlimited support all the way through to your big day

The following is included:

• A wedding co-ordinator for your special day – with you from beginning to end (usually a 12-hour day)
• Unlimited support on the run up to the big day
• An initial consultation to put faces to names – either in person or via a video call
• You can contact us at any point during your planning for help and guidance – you are welcome to email, call or text
• The site visit – always important, means you can really show us how you would like things to look and how you would the day to run
• A call one month prior to the event to confirm all the details
• A call in the week running up to your special day to double check everything and make any last-minute changes
• Advice on possible suppliers, equipment hire or quantities, for example drinks for the event (if you are providing your own drinks it is always tricky to know how much to buy!)
• To liaise with your suppliers ahead of the day – ensuring they know where they are going, what time they will arrive and checking if they have any requirements

Events by Helen will provide you with a nine hour on-the-day service including an event manager, event staffing and support for the preparation of your special day

• An experienced event manager to co-ordinate your day
• Event staff (numbers dependent on your guest numbers)
• Support on the run-up to your day – including liaising with other suppliers, if required
• Organisation of equipment hire
• Welcome drinks set up (including chilling of drinks)
• Service of welcome drinks and canapés
• Clear down of welcome drinks
• Move ceremony chairs to tables for wedding breakfast
• Table service for the wedding breakfast – including both food and drinks
• Clearing of tables after the wedding breakfast
• Service of toast drinks
• Complimentary tea and coffee service – clients just need to hire the cups and saucers only.
• Room turned around ready for the evening reception (movement of tables & chairs)
• Cutting of the wedding cake, ready to serve for the evening reception (if required)
• Final clear down.

Typical prices for a wedding with 100 guests start from £2,250 +VAT

• Full event management to co-ordinate the day and liaising with suppliers, if required
• Organisation of equipment hire (tables, chairs, linen, cutlery etc)
• Set-up of the venue – laying of tables, put up decorations (up to 3m in height), set up the cake/present tables
• Welcome drinks set-up – ready when you need them and clear down afterwards
• Waiter/Waitress service of welcome drinks and canapés
• Transformation of the ceremony area to the wedding breakfast area (if required)
• Table service for the wedding breakfast – including the service of both food and drinks
• Clearing of tables after the wedding breakfast
• Service of toast drinks – ready for when you need them
• Room turn-around ready for the evening reception
• Cutting of the wedding cake, (and plating, if required) ready to serve for the evening reception
• Complimentary tea and coffee service (client just needs to hire the cups and saucers only)
• Clearing and tidying throughout the evening (including glass collection etc)
• Running the evening bar, serving your drinks or we can provide a cash bar
• Full event breakdown and tidy-up at the end of the night
• We will load your vehicle with your belongings/or place all of your belongings in one place

Our usual terms for bookings:

We request a non-refundable booking fee of 25% to confirm your booking. We then request the remaining balance 30 days prior to your event.
