What makes Events by Helen different?
We include an event manager with every package, which ensures your timings are adhered to, as standard in your package. They will follow your instructions to the letter, meaning that you can relax and enjoy the best day of your lives.
All of our equipment is of the very best quality, (for example, all of our plates are Royal Doulton) so you can be assured no corners are cut.
Our packages are comprehensive and unique, avoiding the need for multiple suppliers coming and going on the big day, so less moving parts!
No other supplier offers this level and depth of service. We know what works – and more importantly, what doesn’t! Our motto is: Your day, your way!
Assistance with the organisation of suppliers and liaising with them from start to finish. We will help with ideas and proven suggestions for your special occasion and includes the creation of itineraries for you and your suppliers to ensure your event runs smoothly.
We will attend the event from beginning to end, liaise with all suppliers on the day, being your point of contact – meaning you can have a carefree day, however you do have a reference point if needed. In our experience, an event manager is essential to the success of your event.
Equipment Hire Organisation
We can organise the hire of all equipment needed for your event and with our experience and contacts we will ensure that you have exactly what you need – for the right price. This includes everything from tables and chairs to tableware and bar hire, we can organise it all for you.
Site Visits and Client Meetings
We will visit you at your venue to go through your event in fine detail. You will be able to show us exactly how you see your day looking and we will be able to ask and answer any questions you may have about our services. This will also give you the opportunity to meet your event manager allowing you to start building a relationship with a friendly face that is usually so crucial on your special day.
Venue Set-Up Venue decoration and set-up covers a wide variety of options – from your chosen setting of tables to decorating the venue and your reception area.
We often take a blank canvas and transform it into your dream setting with all of your personal touches in place. Many couples would love to do this part themselves but realistically it is rarely possible due to time constraints on the day. Let us do it for you!

The tidy up!
Unfortunately all good things must come to an end! At the close of play, we will clear up, tidying as we go. All rubbish can be removed and recycling is done whenever possible. We will ensure the venue will look just as it did when you arrived. We can place all of your belongings in an agreed place (usually in a car or van), making ‘the morning after the night before’ as easy as possible. This service should save you money in the long run, as many venues are strict on how their venue is left. We will help you avoid these fines. The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding night is tidying up!
